Due to the nature of our products being perishables goods, Ocean Treats Limited does not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer error. All sales are final once the order has been dispatched.

We take great care in packaging your treats, but if your order arrives damaged or broken, we want to make it right. To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

After receiving and reviewing your return, you will receive a new product or refund as soon as possible.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. This does not apply to damage caused by improper storage after delivery.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once an order is "Dispatched," it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

We currently provide shipping to UK addresses only.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.

Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, address, email, payment details) only to fulfil your orders and provide customer support. If you have consented to receive updates and newsletters your email will therefore be used for marketing purposes too.
